When I Lost and Received The Most

cross-posted
This year I’ve lost and have received more than other years.
I’ve chosen to practice this pose today to express what this has meant for me.
I’ve reached down and felt the loss. I’ve gazed up and appreciated what I’ve been given. And I’ve done both at the same time.
What I didn’t lose from what I lost is what I held and still hold in my heart.
