Get the Party Started and then Welcome Relaxation

Besides sketching with pencils at the library, yoga arm balance against the wall is great fun, for an evening lift you up and then an eventual release of energy from the whole day—a quick hold, come down slowly, just a few, and then to relax, and to recline. 🙂
