Best Bath Tips for Relaxation and Favorite Spa Fruit (with photos)

For the new year…treat yourself extra good, especially if you are, for example, an artist, and no one but you may let you know it is time for your vacation…now 🙂

I recommend no phone in the bath though, this was an exception. 🙂 Cucumber slices for eyes, a few moments, eat a few, let the rest be placed into the bath. The same with the strawberry slices, rub a few onto your skin, soak, and stretch. Enjoy a glass of water with the fruit.

This is the yoga pose known as “fish pose” bath version, feet lifted on ledge and supported, can flex toes after, back lifted, head level upright and relaxed. This should be relaxing and stabilizing, not challenging at all. 🙂

Gently raise legs and feet, heels on ledge; follow with pedicure and moisturizer of your choice.
